I know it feels frustrating when nobody is listening to your so called opinions anymore. My sympathies are with you. But there's only so much pseudo liberalism and agenda that people would accept and after that point, rejection is natural.

Ikkis is just a movie...and mostly, the discussion here wasn't even about the movie. I really wondered about the patience the moderators had for not closing the thread. It's very, very unfortunate how much some minds are clouded by what they lived, heard and read.

Ikkis may not be a 'glorious' movie but it is one that tries to show how a war is (always) destructive no matter the reason that lead to the war.

Completely disagree on everything you said about Ikkis. It's a movie that preaches cowardice and submissions and love for the enemy when the said enemy is raining death and hatred upon the country. It's very existence is shameful.

But let's not talk about the movie anymore. Audience has already seen through this agenda movie and rejected it soundly and surely. What more is needed to be said and done ! Satyameb jayate! Triumph of the truth shall always prevail !

It's hilarious that the self proclaimed guardians of Hinduism don't even understand the principal tenet of it, "To Question everything and not be a blind follower" which is why there's never been a "Rule Book". All of the Vedas are based on questions and answers with multiple schools of thoughts. Even Krishna had to give Arjuna a full explanation to make him do what he wanted him to do.

So Imagine trying to shut down discerning voices questioning some 2 Rs Ministers and Businessmen. Well, go and shut down Twitter and Reddit first....but that won't shut down the voices either.

Glad you agree with me. That was all I'm saying. I've noticed since a long time only a certain type of opinion and narratives are being allowed here and any questioning voices are being drowned , bullied and silenced just because they ask valid questions about certain people, community and their mentality.

Its not hilarious, but utterly shameful that people quoting Hinduism without understanding a single thing about it and going against it's basic tenet of always questioning things are calling out others. Because this rule of reaching the ultimate truth by asking one question after another is only allowed for a certain group of people harboring a very specific ideology and are grossly anti Indian and anti Hindu.

Yes questioning Ministers is fine, questioning chhapdi stars and their dubious duplicitous nature and their true allegiance is where we draw the line to freedom of speech and principle of reaching truth by questioning !
