haiyya............just now i got 2 know,i lost 2 pounds in 25days..................... 😃.........madhu........belly dacing cd paarthu try panninen yaar..........but belly mattum kuraira maadhiri theriyalai šŸ˜• anyways,it luks like it takes time....let me try..............thanx all 4 sharing all u'r valuable ideas here. i know this is not a gr8 achievement but 4 me any small weightloss is a gainšŸ˜† b/w i had sum guests.........so it wa tough...............but can't think about contnuing my weight loss program bcoz of guests & my vacation this month😭

hey guys,
just noticed this topic.
i am fitness conscious too, but with a toddler, dont have time to hit the gym. I walk for 30 min everyday outside and watch my diet, thats the least i do.
i am back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but struggling to shed that lil tummy..
