There's plenty thing he said behind vivian's back that he didn’t say in front for example comparing him to shrutika, saying all 3 including vivian is having benefit in this shilpa kand while he says only karan and shilpa in getting benefit in vivian's face.

Vivian was always in number game where he have to save avinash and esha but when both of them are saved, he has different opinion.

Vivian just once didn’t support for which he apologised sincerely and avinash accepted it on face.

No one is saying to let vivian win but betraying is negative
