Vivian doesn't care if he gets nominated or not. Vivian wasn't happy that Shilpa was not supporting him the dominos task - that's the first time he felt bad about their relationship. He says this 50 days with Viv and 50 days with KV doesn't make sense and this 'pause' in relation is something he cannot do. He feels he should have stood up for her against Rajat, but then she is also capable of fighting for herself.
