Hola people! smiley16

Now that I've watched today's episode, here are my thoughts:

Jaggu and Sai are the cutest! smiley42 smiley42 smiley42 Come on makers, give us more of them! I demand it!

Coming to Savi's conversation with Isha, I didn't feel as disgusted, TBH.

Now hear me out before you all throw your chappals at me... smiley18 smiley18 smiley18

I felt it was more about her situation/fate than the person involved.

Yes, Rajat is proving himself to be a Dharti Pe Bojh ever since he got to know about Kiaan & Ashka's involvement in Isha's accident. But prior to that, we all agreed that despite his occasional outbursts, he is a good enough soul.smiley20

Every age has its own beauty and with that changes the definition of love. When we think about teenage love, it stems from purity - young souls who are engrossed in the idea of fairytales and believe that love is everlasting.

When we grow up a little, there comes passion; whereas with more time and maturity, faith and support take the center place.

Now, doesn't a person in her late 20s appreciate romantic outings? Of course she does. But at that very stage, we also want someone who's more of a companion to us, who knows the meaning of our silence and stands by us without uttering a word. If you ask me, my most essential criterion for an ideal partner is someone who would respect my parents.

Rajat did all of that. Even though they started off horribly, post SaRaj marriage, Rajat tried to take care of the Bhosales, supported Savi publicly and also proved he isn't that bad of a father to Sai. All these things must have given Savi some affirmation that they are a team.

It's not even about romance.

Sai is Savi's world. And when Rajat comes in, that world gets completed from all ends.

Now suddenly he's running after his ex who hasn't only used Rajat for her benefit but disrespected Savi on every single occasion. And Rajat is enabling her further with his forced DDP. So it's bound to hurt.

Savi has always been fearful that she can't have one moment of happiness.

And when she was finally getting it, everything went to dogs once again. So what could she really do? I feel her feelings for Rajat don't stem from the attraction/emotion you feel for an individual. Together they made a team which was pretty great and frankly, she can't replace him with someone else and have her happy family with Sai. Rajat is an essential part of her life now with all his vices and virtues. So I get why she's so heartbroken over his betrayal because once again, it's not about Rajat's love - it's about his commitment to their shared bond/world and he has failed there spectacularly.

Sorry for the long essay guys. But I really hope I've been able to convey what I was thinking. smiley1

The copying is the conversation. That the FL is not destined for love.

Rajat has left my side will you too I think is Ganja original.

I don't remember Shagun saying all that Aashika said.

Ishita and her mother's conversation in YHM made sense because Ishita's mother is a very different character than her counterpart in ghum. In YHM, Ishita used to constantly face humiliation and taunts that she is undesirable for marriage. She had her two engagements called off. So Ishita's mother was very desperate to get her married and prove everyone wrong. After Param's track, almost everyone starts noticing that Ishita and Raman were getting close to each other and Ishita's mother feels glad that her daughter is finally happy in her married life. So during the accident track, she feels guilty that she became the reason for problems in Ishita's married life and suggests withdrawing the case.

Also I would like to say that Ishita as such was a very chirpy and happy character. She wasn't sad/depressed like Savi (which is fair enough because Savi had a different past). Ishita herself mentions once that she is very happy with Raman and she couldn't have gotten this happiness if she married Subbu (her ex). By this time, Ishita and Raman started falling in love, so Ishita being heartbroken was very much believable. Ghum unfortunately chopped off so many lead couple things that audience are feeling disconnect with the storyline. Ghum cvs so far never showed Savi being happy in her marriage. Since Jigar track, she is looking very sad/depressed.

Totally agree with you. I can totally understand. Savi has all the rights to be upset at sudden change in rajat's behavior and him betraying her. That's completely justified.

"Mere kismat mein pyaar hai hi nahi" - absolutely fine. I will give it to her loosing ishaan just when her love was reciprocated and they were about start a fresh, also getting into marriage of convenience in which there isn't a place for love.

"Rajat mujhe kabhi pyaar nahi karega" - this is the questionable dialogue.

Because it makes us feel like that savi is already in love with rajat and expecting him to love her back. That's the problem. Seeing makers are gradually doing some changes in scenes, I still have a tiny hope that after this they will focus on savi instead of rajat's self imposed ddp. Lets see.

I really hope savi won't sympathize with rajat after knowing it was kiaan who did the accident. But rather will give an reality check to him that he had a chance to sort things out but he himself messed up it all. Savi should tell him that he was not saving his son but was preparing a future criminal.

@Bold I get that dear. smiley31 Considering Savi loved Ishan dearly, we have been waiting forever for her trauma to resurface so that Rajat slowly navigate through the difficulties and heal her along the process. So yeah, if they show Savi falling in love first, that'll be a disappointment for us. smiley18

But then again, there have been equal if not more indications from Rajat's side that he has moved on from Ashka and genuinely wants to start afresh with Savi. So that's one reason I didn't mind.

Also, I felt it was more of anguish than heartbreak from Savi's side. Like we all know love can be blind. Sometimes, despite knowing what's the ideal path, we end up doing the exact opposite as the heart wants what the heart wants.

So I guess the comment was directed in that direction. That no matter what happens, Rajat will always love and support Ashka despite how she hurt him in the past. Perhaps that's why Savi said he will never exactly LOVE her; at the very best they'll be Sai's parents but Rajat's heart will always belong to his first wife.

Maybe it wouldn't have hurt Savi this much if Ashka was a good soul and died like Ishan. But it's frustrating that despite her atrocities Rajat just can't get away from her.

That's how I interpreted it. smiley1 I hope makers give us more clarity on it later.

As for Kiaan, it can go wither direction. Rajat might realize his folly or he can go against Savi. However, I want Savi to hold her ground this time because Kiaan has no remorse at all.

In YHM, Adi was badtameez but he was genuinely scared after causing the accident. The only reason he drove the car again because he thought Shagun got into an accident and he wanted to reach her ASAP. That was a valid reason.

Here Kiaan is endangering everyone's life just for fun. So Savi shouldn't show any leniency like Ishita did.

Yes, Shagun didn't say such things to Ishita, that Raman would leave her ( Ishita) and would come back to her( Shagun) .

Even Shagun didn't have it in her to leave Ashok and go back to Raman in that track.

Shagun always had this satisfaction of showing Ishita that she still affects Raman, and that he still loves her.

Rajat ka DDP se mujhe koi problem nahi hain as long as they retain Savi's originality rather than forcing this Ishitanized version of Savi 2.5

As far as TRP is concerned, let's face it: online audience and offline audiences are entirely different. Barring a few, the majority of the ITV shows are the same. So when there's drama, TRP increases and vice versa.

It's us online audience who look for logic and criticize the subpar quality of a show.

YHM ended almost 5 years ago; and when it did - the kids had grown up and there were a lot of additions. So a regular viewer might not even remember what was shown at the very beginning which again aired 11 years ago. It might sound harsh but that's the truth. I was livid when they took a leap in BALH 2 and tried to force feed a sasta se bhi sasta version of MATSH. Nonetheless some people liked that too. So you never know...
