On serious note trp or not trp -- You think taking a new born baby to court is something that should be considered a smart move. The baby can literally catch any infection. He is not fully vaccinated.

And what is exactly wrong with taking a little break. She is not even some hot shot lawyer k didi k bina kaam nahi chalega. She can even keep giving consulting to lawyers if this is something she is like I cannot live.

And pardon my french but anyone who is defending this move of taking a new born to court and consider this empowerment is utter stupid nothing else just plain stupid.

Taking care of small kid isn't easy. Normally nobody goes to work when your child is hardly one month old . Career, kid and family can be handle simultaneously but to handle this mother should be physically fit that's why given maternity leave , your body need rest to repair and heal. Here , timing is not apt as per given scenario.

Sometimes, My sister used to take her child to office and at that time child was old enough to handle like almost 9 month old . Even though baby gets cranky easily and starts crying when about to enter in office premised and my sis had to brought the kid back to home We don't know how kids mood functions.

Even doctors take maternity leave and in that case it's not like their patients gonna die in their absence, they will be taken care of by equally qualified doctors.

Abhira's decision for court case was taken in emotions , it wasn't a practical approach. Aise to har dusre din koi na koi client emotional blackmail karta rahega .

Though Questions raised by Abhira seems valid and justified. Why nobody in the family came forward and offer help. But again I would say timing wasn't ideal for such scenes.
