Why I feel that question is scary,

Nope never seen Indian courts, but they look like our civil courts in US. Everyone goes there for every thing except murder and hall way can sometimes be over crowded

If it is an infant or less than 3 months or so, it is BEST not to take him out. 21st century has nothing to do with it. If I am not wrong, Daksh is still very very small. Premie or not!
Abhira ka message was good. Timing was not. Itne chhote bachche ko bahar lee jana for work… risk of infection increases as their immunity is not built. usually mom’s themselves don’t prefer. But that’s in real life. In fiction, Daksh ke saath cricket bhi khel sakti hai abhira in 2 months.
I agree with based on all you stated but who wouldn't want that, but is unrealistic at the same time based one situation. Now on rishta Abhira when in to premature labor with a pending case in process. PH is full of family members and all those clowns don't want to babysit for a 1 hour, she might as well be a single mother with that BS. What kind of joint family is that.
The kind of joint 🚬 family

I agree to this that both Kaveri and Vidya played a shrew .. they should have let her go .. and taken care of the infant at the house since Abhira was only going for a few hours ..
Let’s say the baby had been declared as Ruhi’s kid with Ruhi in coma then Vidya and Kaveri would not have stepped in ..
In reality even Kiara can mind a small infant at the house for a few hours .. I stay abroad .. I see moms going for daily chores with their old kids 6-7 minding their younger child . Telling them to keep of the kitchen while they finish their work fast ..
I will support Abhira rejoining work after 3 months keeping a hired help if the baby has been declared as hers ..
If the baby is not hers then the truth will come out and then there will be heartbreak
