Abhira is all ready to take Baby Daksh with her to the court to fight Jyoti’s child custody case . She faces fierce opposition from the Poddar senior ladies . She fights back and reports them n shows them the mirror about Male female discrimination, encouraging males to pursue careers while dissuading females , husbands ignoring child are n burdening the wives entirely . She defies Kaveri, Vidya and leaves for work Rohit and Armaan are shocked . Ruhi accuses Abhura of being bad mother and accuses Ro for his wrong views about Ab .

At court Jyoti , Charu and another lawyer Meghana are all ready as court starts its session, they get impatient earnestly waiting for Ab . Just as the session is about to start Ab makes an entry with Baby Daksh strapped to her . Jyoti and Charu are highly relieved.

Ab expertly argues the case and proves the father was a pad parents while the mother was better suited for the job, the courts hears the arguments provided by Ab and hands child custody to the mother Jyoti .

On the road , Abhira is seen speeding in his jeep along woth Sira , he gets distracted on the way to his concert by some street kids who are p,aging makeshift drums . He gives a soulful performance with the kids and a crowd gathers mesmerised by his song . Manish Gonka who happened to pass that way hears the song n is reminded of Akshara’s singing . He comes to check n is shocked tk see Abhir there . . Abhira notices Manish looking at him and gets infuriated n leaves the place ,

At Poddwr mansion Ro is furious with Ab for taking baby to work . He regrets giving his baby to bhaabhi . Ar calms him and reassures him everything will be OK. Kaveri and Sanjay hand Armana the rptermination letter for Ab . They have decided to stop her from visiting court n stay at home n take care of the heir of poddar khandaan . Ar is shocked and argues Ab is such a good lawyer , she can’t be terminated , Kv states being a mother her first priority is the baby , Ar disagrees but remains quiet . Sanjay states that kv and San have signed , now the rest of the two partners should sign n get this finalized , he urges Ar n Ro to sign l

Abhira tells Kaveri she needs to go and Kaveri forbids her, Rohit is watching in anger. Abhira point out no one stopped Armaan from going to work. Kaveri says no, you are mom. Abhira says if both of us are parents, and both have equal haq then why no one asked Armaan. Abhira points out that all of them are unhelpful in crisis and wanted to go only for few hours but no one offered help. She says that if I was injured you would help manage child but now because its about my work all of you think I am irresponsible and bad. She gives them a reality check that no one supported her just to go for few hours to work and how its not like she was planning to work full time immediately. Vidya and Kaveri still dont understand her POV. Kaveri starts yelling at her again. Abhira is disappointed to see that despite putting her POV across no one offered even now to help take care of baby. Rohit tries to stop Abhira when she leaves with baby. Kaveri stops him and says you have no haq. Ruhi taunts Rohit saying see Abhira is bad mom.

Abhir and Sira are driving away instead of going to concert to perform. he joins kids on roadside and starts singing on roadside. MG hears him and voice of Abhir reminds him of Akshara. Abhir spots MG in crowd and gets pissed as soon as he sees him. And crowd is trying to get selfies wiith him. when everyone is jostling, Abhir trips and MG catches him. Abhir reacts with anger and storms off.

in court and Charu/Meghana keep looking at door. Abhira enters just in time. Jyoti looks relieved. Abhira puts ex husband of Jyoti in place and turns the tables on him because while he is rich its clearly coz he must have black money. And Abhira says that custody milegi toh he might be able to give toys, material things etc but he is so clueless he doesnt even know which class his daughter is in, who her friends are, etc. She says kids need time, love, attention more than materialistic things. In the middle of all her arguments, she is feeding milk too. Opposition lawyer tries to buy time by blaming Abhira having a child in her arms while case proceedings are on as the reason for his client being"distracted". Abhira points out how Jyoti has worked to adjust her professional commitments to suit her kids needs also. Abhira makes a strong case for Jyoti and court gives custody to Jytoi. Abhira wins case. Charu is thrilled and congratulates Abhira. Jyoti haath jodke thanks bolti hai.

Rohit is having a meldown that Abhira took child to court and Armaan is trying to calm him down. And now Rohit has flipped that Abhira is irresponsible and she took MY child away etc. Armaan looks shocked at his behavior and his flipped attitude. Yes sir what did you expect?! aur karo Rohit ki haan mein haan and call him amazing bro. Armaan says I'll bring back Abhira. but Kaveri , Sanjay show up and ask Armaan to terminate her from job and hand him a fie. Armaan says he will talk to her but Kaveri says baaton ka time khatam.Armaan says Abhira is acchi vakeel and you cant terminate her. Kaveri says being mom should be her priority and not work. Sanjay says the 4 of them are firm partners and 2 of them have signed. he asks Rohit and Armaan to sign. Rohit grabs pen and signs it. Only Armaans sign is left. Armaan looks shocked.
