I get that maybe she wasn’t ready to talk about it. Talking about it makes it more real even if while you’re dealing with it. However she shouldn’t have mentioned the money to Ammar or the fact that she got the cheque from Bilal. Maybe she wanted to make it clear that she’s on some mission requiring money and won’t be entertaining his proposals or maybe she wasn’t in her senses. Psychologically it does happen that when you are dealing with something serious and urgent, you don't want to deal with people's pity and questions because it distracts you and makes you feel less in control, more vulnerable. So her not telling her friends yet is not an issue for me. What does seem illogical is Sadaf brandishing her 8 crore, leave and US trip in front of her colleagues. That just opens her to more questions which I think she would have wanted to avoid. I think KRQ wanted her friends to know about BA's favours to Sadaf but not the reason to set up the contrast that Sadaf's friends and Amaar who loves her and knows her are distrustful of Sadaf and questioning her cktr. Whereas BA, who Sadaf directly propositioned, is blindly trusting her and not questioning her cktr or wondering whether she is acchi ladki. If the writing/execution was smarter they could have come up with other way how Humsha/Amaar found out about 8 crore (maybe Humsha overheard or saw BA's bank statement or check book) that didn't involve Sadaf revealing the 8 crore thing herself.

The execution was poor ,sadaf hiding everything is understandable but her revealing few things is not

Just because Sadaf ne khud bola h i don't feel Humsha is that wrong jitna it was supposed to portray her for being judgemental

Keeping the pace aside, I do feel the writing is good. The dialogues have a lot of depth and even the scenes. At least some thought has gone into writing which is a good thing.

The writing has meat but there is also a lot of fat. Honestly, if they could just edit out the controversial weird dialogues (zehar, hijra, gunah, my offer stands, etc.) and some of the repetitive and meandering/ unnecessary dialogues/scenes [trim the fat], the writing could actually shine much more and feel more impactful. Even in e8, if Sadaf had just propositioned him once instead of keep on repeating I'll do anything would have made the scene feel much less bizarre and offputting.This is why my main issue is direction/execution not the writing. KRQ has set a good enough blueprint and structure but it is up to the director whether he can translate it and elevate it.

Add yesterday's scene too

Sadaf takes her mom to the Doctor to shock her on the spot regarding cancer,8 Crore req and 8cr arrangement in front of the doctor

Logically one wants the loved ones to be mentally prepared before such news

It would have been better had she informed the mom before taking her to doctor

One thing I dislike is the inconsistency in looks . Same happened with Wahaj in Mein too.

What exactly was the sequence of event ?

Amar finds out that Sadaf is trying to arrange for me. He goes and tells her that he will try to arrange it for her ? And then Sadaf tells him that the amount is 8 crores and he won't be able to arrange it and thus shouldn't try ! She further informs him that she got the money from Bilal, once again marking Ammar's boundary.

Was this the sequence or I jumbled it up ?

She already got the solution aka 8 crorers. If a person already has a solution before finding out the problem then that automatically lessens the impact of finding out about the problem.

Instead of getting 2 separate scenes, I am glad they wrapped it up in one scene itself.

The episode is already trending in India...clearly Indian audience is liking the show...is it because of Wahaj fan following or people are actually liking the story?
