I think Humsha is there to manipulate Ammar. You can already see jealousy is taking over a bit. It could be that she doesn’t like the special privilege that Sadaf is getting but it’s clear from a prior scene that she has feelings for Bilal. She’s totally trying to clear the path to Bilal for herself.

More than clearing the path, she believes that if she can't get Bilal than no one else can too.

But seriously speaking , Sadaf could have ended all this chugli by just revealing about Zaviyar's illness. Now since Bilal will know this, everyone else will too.

I get that maybe she wasn’t ready to talk about it. Talking about it makes it more real even if while you’re dealing with it. However she shouldn’t have mentioned the money to Ammar or the fact that she got the cheque from Bilal. Maybe she wanted to make it clear that she’s on some mission requiring money and won’t be entertaining his proposals or maybe she wasn’t in her senses. Whatever it was, now Ammar has told Humsha and they are already assuming things about her…and resenting her for it.

I think maybe Humsha is sensing that there are some real feelings from Bilal towards Sadaf. Ammar thinks that Bilal is Sadaf’s sugar daddy that she’s doing favours on side for to fund a lavish lifestyle.

Humsha did mention many time that Sadaf is not like that ,why she is doing that and all

In which angle humsha thinks that she is not a negative character? May be she didn’t want to give away any hint beforehand. I loved the conversation between humsha and Bilal. How he says no questions to be asked in response to humsha’s aap bulake puchiye. In a way he shuts her up and tells her who is going to be Boss’s boss in future

The family scenes are too heart wrenching. Even the mother daughter discussion. They know how much they need the money at the same time they are so apprehensive about Bilal’s image/ character. Mirza uncle ne accha nehi kiya. Bilal ka character assassination kar diya.

Today’s looks like Bilal in a full on jijaji mode. I shall take care of my little brother in law.

Only for this reason Sadaf should never marry Ammar. He doesn’t trust his lady love. Also he lacks empathy and brain to figure out that something is amiss where Bilal is so fast to join the dots.
