It's neither. Neither Kanwar nor Alice are the ones to do things for PR and views. In the age where celebs buy followers, Kanwar and Alice have stuck to only using organic followers and we've seen only organic growth over past 4 years.

Also, Kanwar and Alice have always been on same page on when they wanted to get married aka 5 years later. And how they've proposed her to be girlfriend not for marriage (see If article from 2 years ago). The difference is in Alice's interpretation because he said she's the kind of girl he'd like to marry. He never led her on, has been with her through thick and thin, and has been her fan/supporter #1. He's found time to hype her even with hectic daily shoots. Literally, before BB released this promo, he has been hyping her more than fans on IG and Twitter finding all the clips and videos that we didn't even know. On IG you'd see less of you don't follow him as it's mostly through stories (FYI). As his IG page is mostly professional front with hai current show.
