Yes overall interview was good. He admitted he was wrong during RSKLK and he did made a good show till Yuddh Kand. He also explained why they have deviated from the original.

Haa till Yuddhkand it was good overall... Though Lakshman ji ka to Aranya kaand se hi gadbad start ho gaya tha....par overall ab lagta hai ki Yuddhkand tak it was overall good series....ab uk mein Sita parityag tak accha gye(lakshman as usual again sacrificed here,,50%sita ma ke prati duty part sahi dikhaya,, 50%ramji ko console part Messed up again),but ab kaafi time se astray jaa rahe hai bahut jyada with sasta & his cartoon asurs...tab Lakshman ke scenes ke baare mein kehte the to bolte the time nahi hai isliye cut short kiya....baki kisi character ka nahi kiya cut which is good...to inka bhi nahi karte....and ab time jyada hai aur kehte hai lakshman ke bhi parts dikhao thode ,,,to Sahastra ravan and asurs se fursat nahi hai inhe .....arre 2-3 min ka emotional scene brothers ka de sakte hai naa....even Bharat ka bhi do.... Valmiki ji training Luv Kush woh dikhao....kitne dino se pura episode nahi dekha hai maine,,skip mode going on...
