It seems that he lives there in the vicinity as some time ago he was in the balance shoe shop (5th Avenue) and the Thai Villa is just around the corner (19th). (or maybe the girl posted the pic only 3 days ago on her TikTok but it had been done the day when they were in the balance shop)

Btw, if you were at the girls place (who took the pic), what would be y o u r reaction? (all who read this)

I would be in awe but wouldn’t sneak a pic like that. Actors are not public monuments that one goes around clicking pictures without their knowledge, let alone consent.
