40 crores is poor. You've got apartments in Gurugram that cost 100+ crores these days... eg. camelias. :)

btw, Pali Hill and Napean Sea Road are two of the best areas in Mumbai. fwiw, i have deep connection to these places.

100 crore apartments? Only people like SRK/Amothabh/Salman/Akshay can afford it. I don’t think even Random bw actors can afford such expensive stuff.

Actors like Shahid Kapoor have 3 homes... each between 50 to 80 crores. Ditto for John Abraham who probably has even more. Don't ask me how they have this much, but they do.

Also, lot of people besides actors have a lot of money- whether in mumbai or Delhi/ Gurugram. They throw money, actors like SRK dance.

check out: Camelias 100+ cr. Magnolias 50+ cr. Apartments on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. Founders, CEOs, COOs of Unicorn companies, politicians like the Gandhi Vadheras, top cricketers like Virat Kohli etc have flats there.

Then check out Golf Links in South Delhi. 50 to 200 crore homes. Prithviraj Road: 200 to 400 crores. Amrita Shergill Marg in Delhi: 200- 300 crores.

Farmhouses in chattarpur at 60 crores an acre. And people own lots of acres!
