On legal ground shivani is no more madhav's wife kyunki as per indian law if spouse is missing for more than 7 years toh shaddi legally null ho jati hai so shivani is no more madhav's wife.madhav has only one wife now and i.e vidya so her place as a wife is safe.

Also Vidya raised armaan for more than 25 years as a mother, shivani ne na he armaan ka bachpan dekha na jawani. Agar shivani wapas bhi ayegi 25-30 saal baad toh bhi armaan ka vidya ke sath maa-bete ka rishta waisa ka waisa he rahega like ulta vidya knows armaan way better than his bio mom kyuki raise toh usi ne kiya hai.

Abhira chahe shivani ko wapas laane ke liye kitna he zor laga le lekin legally she has no right to live with madhav or right to live in poddar house so uske liye bhi vidya has no reason to feel insecure.

Insecurity sirf isi baat ka ho sakta hai ki jaise madhav ne pehle polygamy kiya tha toh kya woh fir se polygamy karega ? Agar polygamy karega toh bhi vidya will remain as first and legal wife. Shivani ko dusri aurat ka tag milega.

But muje nahi lagta iss show mai madhav ko 2 biwi wala track jaisa importance milega. Uska role side mai khade reh kar aasu bahane yah abhira ke liye 2-4 line bolne jitna he hai.
