Maybe it had legally been okay for K to refute Javed's accusations (personally I find that all these 'childish' issues could be resolved more privately) ... to me, it wouldn't be okay if her now-position gives her a kind of 'you-can't-touch-me' attitude.

This has been going on for years with her evading court and missing dates. She was already protected before she was elected. As for it being private - how can it be when the defamation was public. It's not as if she said it once - she kept repeating it over and over.

She could simply put her ego aside and quietly settle this!

Does anyone know what happened with Aditya Pancholi’s defamation case against her?
