She is intering under him for almost an year and it is maximum. Most of the interns are given training for 1 month and then they are asked to work. She was given long time and if she cannot take the responsibility then she is unfit for the corporate world.

Every work has a deadline set. No one is given too much work.

It is not giving hard time. When you have to face clients and work is not done then interns are not responsible their manager is
