Geet looked at her cell phone and she knew that she will get scolded today.

"Hello.." the words sounded fearful but she sighed hearing the next words of her mother.

"Kaisa hai Mera bachha.."

"Mummy mein theek hun.. sorry iss baar Ghar nahi aa payi." She apologized knowing that even her brother was angry on her for not going home.

It was Raksha Bandhan she had ditched for the first time since she was born.

"Koi baat nahi geet.. office kaisa chal Raha hai aur apna khayal rakhti ho na tum? Khana theek se khati ho?"

"Jee jee.. sab theek hai main bhi theek hun..mummy actually chutti nahi mili thi aur iss baar toh bhaiya bhi naraaz hain mujhse."

"Koi baat nahi mana lenge use. Mummy sammy aur krishu kaisi Hain?"

Next she asked about her sisters. If anyone she missed most were them. She missed creating chaos with them. Later night snacks and movies.

Yes she lives near her work place. It will come in upcoming parts. I think I mentioned in part 1 that she lives alone.
