If you have a bankable actor he needs to be at the centre of the show. It doesn't matter whether the role is meaty or not, online audience watches for their favourites.

Ok, ap kehty hain toh mann letey hain. Tho, Wahaj's character in 22 Qadam was far better than main and gotten more screen space too.

Anyways, Hopefully wahaj will do dramas based on his character. Want to see him back onscreen

Majorly story was focused on hareem and her family. But wahaj had a meaty role too. He was there throughout the drama. 22 kadam started well but they dragged it towards the end.

Maine aaj tak ek bhi green show nahi dekha hai not even 22 qadamBut wahajs fans were very much disappointed with the show due to lack of focus on his charcater and later sidelined his character completely.

Plus you can't expect views from a sports drama, Akhara did well because it was focused on feroze. This show hardly had wahaj in it plus it was dragged a lot with unnecessary sad plots and twists.

Also dil na ummed or whatver that is, though i havent watched that drama but i heard that it didn't even get a prime time channel to air the show as every channel rejected the show(and i was shocked to hear that the channels rejected a show headlined by yumna who was hyped a lot during those days as a critical actor).

Later somehow A plus accepted it, so season 2 of that show is like landing on sun which can never happen.

Right now I think green should focus on how to hype their biggest show and its pair rather than engaging fans of other channels pair.

Their first project together DNUTN got them so much praise and critical acclaim as actors and really put them on the map.

Then the commercial project they did became a mega blockbuster and hugeee phenomenon which nobody was anticipating

They’ve been a truly lucky pairing.

I say it from the experience. People can watch trash for their favourites. It would've happened it Mein as well but it had Ayeza & she's equally loved by the audience.
