But then she should have let Mauli go her own way. She had several different chances. Right now it looks like Mauli isn’t good enough to be their DIL but other family’s will have a different/lower standard according to her.

They haven’t even specified what the exact problem is. Because she was his cousin’s wife? Because she was married before? Because she is Manoj’s DIL/daughter? What is the context of her oonch-neech?

The problem is that after her stupid dialogues about Mauli being such an important cog in their family, Mauli can’t even leave like before and get a clean break. Aur uljha diya Mataji ne.

Mauli can’t leave, Mauli can’t stay. I guess Rati will keep taunting her and playing her stupid games, and in the end, will do some blunder along with her favorite chela which will break the engagement. Jaate jaate she will spill the beans about RauLi. Because I don’t see Rati just getting married- she will keep poking Mauli till she breaks. And unless something drastic happens, shaadi nahi tootegi. RauLi will keep saving this family and making angsty eyes at each other.

Very true about TanJay. They are handling this in a miserable way. And I had also earlier said the same. TanJay had no right to point fingers at Manoj when they're literally doing the same thing.
