Yes, I think, Adi will have to bear this his whole life. Because, he will not be worthy of Kavya in this life at least (according to Rajiv's logics), as no matter whatever he does, Kavya must have reached newer heights than him by then. So, he will always be behind her, can never be equal. This comparison/logics of Rajiv is so weird and wrong.
Besides, anything good he does will be attributed to his advantage of being a minister's son and every mistake will be attributed to his wrong intentions/jealousy towards Kavya's success/being the son of Giriraj the villain. This will never change.
I think, Kavya should ask Rajiv one day, what exactly Adi can do to prove that he is worth of her. Now, it looks like Rajiv has never understood his daughter well.
