Hmm, I ended up watching all three episodes.
Overall, the show gives the vibe of a daily 7 pm Geo show rather than a weekly one where there is anticipation for the upcoming episodes. I am honestly surprised how Hiba and especially Danish said yes to this show.
In a nutshell, I have to say that the writer Rehana Aftab did not disappoint in disappointing me

It is evident that there is going to be lot of stretching and lots of unnecessary side plots with the ensemble characters- the bhabhi, Dua's tharki baap and his sleazy glances at the other lady, etc,. Moreover we also have the ex of Nausherwan's who will add more masala to the mix
Moreover, there is a hint of sleaziness in the scenes with Nausherwan and his bhabhi/Dua with Haroon's character that is putting me off a bit.
Holy cow, Nausherwan is married! That is the biggest shocker for me honestly. I don't think they are merely engaged or anything because no one is looking askance at the bhabhi doing sajna/sawarna for the devar and serving him tea with longing looks

And the part about the haq could not be more clear, the awkwardness with which he said it made it clear that Nausherwan was talking about his conjugal duties as a husband

I guess the only cloud in a silver lining is the Dua/Nausherwan scenes in the anvil.
They have established that as of now Naush thinks of Dua as a religious and homely woman, and this image will most likely be shattered. But he is the one who will rescue her eventually and marry her. It is here that the news of his first marriage will be revealed and play spoilsport methinks.
There is also some mystery about the brother's death which is more interesting, they should emphasize that rather than these other sautan/family conflict tracks.
The scene that I particularly liked was Hiba's performance in depicting Dua salivating over the food in her dreams and her fight with her mom about more variety in food, can definitely relate

Another unintentionally funny aspect is that the bhabhi is playing Danish's bhabhi in another show by the same writer, Raah e Junoon, where she is a good bhabhi
It gives a new meaning to the song, Rishton ke bhi roop badalte hein....
