I'm intrigued about Danish's character and his past, so is he really married to his SIL??And who was that girl in the flashback? He was in love with her and wanted to marry her right so where is she now?

Looking forward to see how danish and hiba meet, btw seeing so much has happened in his past I didn't think that he'd fall in love with a random girl at first sight. Also this show is airing thrice so episodes will move fast hence I'll be watching it for time pass till smd starts airing 🤭

Ohh! It's trending? Good.

Haan there's so much mystery. So many questions. I like that it's thrice a week. Fast paced hoga. Let's see what happens

I think that Dua will not know about him being married and is going to be angry when she finds out. Kind of feel sorry for Nausherwan. He was forced to get married to her after his brother’s death. At least he made it clear not to expect anything from him. But I’m still disappointed that he is married and Dua is going to be his second wife. And he probably won't tell her about his first wife.

I think the reason they are showing him protecting women is because something is going to happen to Dua, and he is going to marry her to protect her.

Its a very sorry situation. The story seems to be leading to two broken individuals finding each other.

Naushervan having to break up with his girlfriend and forced into a loveless marriage. From the looks of it something definitely happened to his ex. He does look very pained when he remembers her. To me it felt like he was frustrated and disappointed in himself that he couldn't do anything to help/save her. Since the story is revolving about issues related to women, I wonder if his ex left in anger after he told her what his family was planning and on her way to Karachi, she got assaulted by maybe a rival gang. No amount of revenge could take away that trauma. Naushervan wouldn't be able to forgive himself. Also, she seems to be a nice girl. If she wasn't then he'd become bitter towards women in general. Here he's all about izzat bachaana whenever he sees a girl or women in distress.

Dua on the other hand is gonna for sure get trapped into bad situations. Faraz is also not what he seems. He said he wanted some 15-20 lacs in the first episode. For that he's gonna get into some shady stuff. I have pieced some of it together, but I could be wrong at some points. Still, here's what I feel will happen.

According to the teasers Faraz takes Dua to some place, possibly under the pretense that he can help her leave her house. Dua anyway had said she wishes she could run away from her home because she feels trapped. Also since she has never seen or experienced the real world, she's still naive and that "love letter" makes her think Faraz is the answer to all her problems. He probably drugged her with the intention of raping her. We see her fainting.

Since there's a police raid at the location, me thinks its a brothel of sorts. Dua gets arrested and stays in custody overnight. Dua's disoriented after getting out of jail and she's holding her belly. Either its because of the drug in her system and lack of food and water or Faraz did end up raping her. After this, her father kicks her out of her house so she has nowhere else to go. She takes up some sort of job which involves her going to clubs. That's where Naushervan sees her crying as she's surrounded by men.

After all of this, there's another scene at that shady brothel kind of place where she's dressed as a bride and is running away. Her groom probably did not turn up but Naushervan finds out and agrees to marry her. Maybe its a bargain for her freedom. Hence he too never got the chance to tell her he's already married...and after the marriage he does not know how to tell her the truth.

His impulse got the better of him and who knows...if Dua was not married what situation would she be put into. Maybe Faraz sold her to the madam without her knowing for that 15 lac rupees he so badly wants and thats why he brought her to that specific place to drug her.

There's more stuff too but I think for now this is good enough smiley36

Eventually it'll be about the fact that these two don't have anyone except each other. Both of them will be traumatised to a great extent. So there's gonna be a lot of trauma bonding of sorts. From the looks of it, he understands her without judgement and she'll eventually understand his helplessness when he got married the first time once the anger settles.

Hmm, I ended up watching all three episodes.

Overall, the show gives the vibe of a daily 7 pm Geo show rather than a weekly one where there is anticipation for the upcoming episodes. I am honestly surprised how Hiba and especially Danish said yes to this show.

In a nutshell, I have to say that the writer Rehana Aftab did not disappoint in disappointing mesmiley28smiley36

It is evident that there is going to be lot of stretching and lots of unnecessary side plots with the ensemble characters- the bhabhi, Dua's tharki baap and his sleazy glances at the other lady, etc,. Moreover we also have the ex of Nausherwan's who will add more masala to the mixsmiley18

Moreover, there is a hint of sleaziness in the scenes with Nausherwan and his bhabhi/Dua with Haroon's character that is putting me off a bit.

Holy cow, Nausherwan is married! That is the biggest shocker for me honestly. I don't think they are merely engaged or anything because no one is looking askance at the bhabhi doing sajna/sawarna for the devar and serving him tea with longing lookssmiley24smiley11smiley36

And the part about the haq could not be more clear, the awkwardness with which he said it made it clear that Nausherwan was talking about his conjugal duties as a husbandsmiley11smiley36

I guess the only cloud in a silver lining is the Dua/Nausherwan scenes in the anvil.

They have established that as of now Naush thinks of Dua as a religious and homely woman, and this image will most likely be shattered. But he is the one who will rescue her eventually and marry her. It is here that the news of his first marriage will be revealed and play spoilsport methinks.

There is also some mystery about the brother's death which is more interesting, they should emphasize that rather than these other sautan/family conflict tracks.

The scene that I particularly liked was Hiba's performance in depicting Dua salivating over the food in her dreams and her fight with her mom about more variety in food, can definitely relatesmiley20smiley36

Another unintentionally funny aspect is that the bhabhi is playing Danish's bhabhi in another show by the same writer, Raah e Junoon, where she is a good bhabhismiley17smiley36 It gives a new meaning to the song, Rishton ke bhi roop badalte hein....smiley37

Jaan Nisar may not be trending on SM but it is leading in terms of YT views.

Danish is really the silent but deadly superstar.

Even ReJ gets high YT views every week (top 2 or 3) though one hardly hears about the show on SM.

to clarify, i am not talking or comparing quality of different shows. just highlighting that danish is a crowd puller even if he gets less buzz on SM.

Okay, one cute scene that I liked in Episode 3 was Naush smiling over the two girls in a field being playful despite being modestly attired.

Hard relate as an introvert- I love to see random people doing random things on a journey and see life passing bysmiley27smiley36

Amma from Galaxy Lollywood said it well, that Raah e Junoon is a terrible show, but it is purely because of Danish's stardom that it is getting excellent YT views. The fact that he garnered views for this show made him more of a star than Ayeza, she saidsmiley9smiley36

Danish deserves a good show. I want him in subtle shows maybe like Ahad roles in YKS. His talent is wasted in Rehanas plot. Still he makes them bearable.

Totally agree, even though most of his hit shows depict the typical Angry Young Man trope, he never fails to put in nuances in every performance. He can be very subtle sometimes with his expressions, he deserves better scripts for sure.
