I really don't prefer blaming the parvarish for a grown up, person's behaviour in most of the context. A grown up is totally responsible for his/her own decisions.

But in this context especially with Su-Ru, I don't feel bad blaming the parvarish. Coz that does looks like the case. 😶😶‍🌫️
