Dont think, Malini will repent for what she did with Adi or blackmailed Adi to hide the truth from Kavya. She did that purposely/knowingly only to save Omi, so why repent..
She did not regret a bit, for doubting the intentions of Kavya and the way she blamed Anjali for upbringing, after whatever Kavya did for Omi/Alka, then why would she repent for stopping Adi. She should have first called up Anjali and said sorry..
