Then Sahiba shouldn't expect Angad to believe her words against that of his brother. Nor should the viewers. Such an expectation itself is wrong.
I'm not saying Sahiba should've brought proof , my point is she shouldn't expect Angad to believe him with out any. Nor should Santosh say nonsense like why you didn't believe her words at word value .. I mean, why lady ?? Why should he believe her ?? They don't communicate, they don't have a normal conjugal relationship, they're on the verge of divorce yet both side are high on ego and none are initiating any talk or any attempt to stop it. Isn't it obv that normal husband wife trust would be absent in their relationship?
I'd have found it hilarious if Angad had believed her at such a situation against a goody two shoes like Veer , who was basically a cutie patootie in the beginning ( that's the image of his brother in Angad's mind. )
I don't know what expectations people had from Sahiba. I never did. I don't believe in undue expectations from human beings. Especially flawed characters like Angad and Sahiba , who are made of 90 % ego and are in no way sorted human beings.
But , since I never had any undue expectations from Sahiba, I don't have any from Angad either. If they were not as they are , their marital life would not be such a farce and so easy to fracture , interfere n manipulate by others.
