Modi did lots of good for our country but this reason along with his ignorance in manipur riot are some of the reason I am not his supporter I am neutral towards him. God knows when will this religious hate vanish from everywhere

I don’t agree with this.

1. This is happening all over the world bhai. Mein aapko separately bhejtaaa ho on what’s going on in Portugal / Germany / Netherlands / Sweden etc.
2. show me where Modi is doing this ? He isn’t. Both Yogiji and Modi keep speaking of one law , follow the law , wait for court orders and he even explains how everything he is doing - helps all regardless of religion (for eg they don’t check names and religion first for schools he is building etc). I can send you videos on this if you want. Wrong person to blame

3. I do agree with one thing. A sub section is causing this view. But that section is the one with extremists view of same fate doing violence. And they are doing it all over the world (check my number 1 above). Hence now the whole world is done with them. And as a result the broader perception is suffering. How many SM tweets can anyone see that says if you don’t follow our religion we will kill your before people start using broad based assumptions. Not saying it’s right. But you are pointing fingers at wrong people instead of realizing that extremists are responsible for this broader imagine problem bhai.

I don't think this happened because of a miracle kisine kuch to kiya hoga that this situation arised. Mamta banerjee doesn't do anything about poverty issue but I am still not ready to believe that she causes riots. If she would have caused riots then I wouldn't be able to go safely to my college when she conducts,"dharmaghat". What happens when a dictator conducts a meeting everyone who are passing should attend it or else you are in danger. But mamta's policy is a particular side of road will be blocked, if people wants to attend they can attend or else they can go wherever they want. Due to the dhormoghot we just have travelling issue but we don't have safety issues at all. Also our college and university doesn't follow what mamta says and doesn't give holiday whenever she wants. But still our college and university are safe

Bro you really really live in a bubble which is closed and nothing much outside Kolkata. I am literally Shocked tbh.

But not your fault at all. I was more or less same as a kid who thought Lalu was the best for bihar and Modi ji was a mass murderer in around 2000s . After 2010s when i started seeing things outside and social media and internet started and i read about all these things i got to know the reality.

Like I said before my aunt is probably there for more than 50 years. Says 'Mumtaz Kabhi bhi marwa degi'.

P.S. The most common defense of Mumtaz Bano is 'Everybody does the same".

See this: Person living in Kolkata, Knows the reality.

My advice would be to get out and learn about other stuff outside the bubble. See the world. Learn the perception what people are thinking about. It's not good mind you.

You are in college and it's a wonderful place but when you go out learn about other stuff.

I didn't say modi is causing the difference. I just said he is not doing anything to solve the difference. Wrong image of muslims are portrayed because of extremists not modi. Modi is not causing riots infact he tries to stop the riots. But he doesn't do anything to sort the difference between both of them

I won't get into much except that

Manipur is not a recent issue.

It is going since so long on top of that illegal Christian spoiling the demograph of Manipur is the reason of unrest.

P. S. My mom is from the City that one of the worst riots in 80s. Bachpan se sunte aa rahe hai. I love nearby a M Ghetto where we are still afraid to go.

You are still in the phase of Good Ms and bad Ms.

From my experience it goes like this.

Hs 80 percent good, 20 percent bad.

Ms are just reverse.

NCRB data dekh lo. Riots data dekh lo. Every single riots is started by them. Phir jawab milta hai and they cry victim.

I am out of the bubble and I acknowledge her faults as well. But I don't feel threatened to live here because I am also the one who is vocal about her faults. West Bengal government schools are in poor state, poverty issues, etc and she doesn't do anything about that. But they could have tracked my location and easily tortured me but they didn't do so. Anyways if I am really in an illusion then maybe that illusion will be broken one day. Or maybe it will never break. But it's all about different perspectives of people maybe me and my closed ones didn't face all that that's why maybe we have this pov??

I was just talking about how none of the leaders tried to sort out the difference and some of them tried to escalate it. Modi has never caused riots neither he tried to escalate them. But somewhere I feel he doesn't do much to sort out the difference. Anyways it's my pov. And I am not blaming him for the difference he is not responsible for it

And yes 1980s was the worst riot ever

What is MSP?

Minimum Support Price (MSP) is a form of market intervention by the Government of India to insure agricultural producers against any sharp fall in farm prices. The minimum support prices are announced by the Government of India at the beginning of the sowing season for certain crops on the basis of the recommendations of the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP). MSP is price fixed by Government of India to protect the producer - farmers - against excessive fall in price during bumper production years. The minimum support prices are a guarantee price for their produce from the Government. The major objectives are to support the farmers from distress sales and to procure food grains for public distribution. In case the market price for the commodity falls below the announced minimum price due to bumper production and glut in the market, government agencies purchase the entire quantity offered by the farmers at the announced minimum price.

Economists largely believe that it is better to give farmers “income”, instead of “price”, support. That would mean transferring a fixed sum of money annually into their bank accounts, whether on a per-farmer (as in the Centre’s PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi) or per-acre (the Telangana government’s Rythu Bandhu) basis. Direct income support schemes aren’t market-distorting and benefit all farmers, irrespective of which crop they grow in whatever quantity, and sell to whomsoever at any price.
