Probably kill Shruti, or sacrifice her love and commit suicide, or fly away back to Amreeca as this show has a history of people going back to Amreeca and never returning back.
Also highly likely, turn her negative and psychotic.

Another possibility, get Anuj Shruti married and third wheel Maa stays with them 😂

Anuj, yashdeep realising Anupamaa is a problematic woman and they both dump her
