Anupama reaches the grand finale late after the group dance performance is over n the round is declared . The lady judge states that Anupama purposely arrived late to get attention , but this allegation is countered by the two other judges stating coming late has not helped the participant in any way .
The finale begins , both participants have been given the task to create Bahubali thaali . The twist is they have to include six tastes … sweet, salty, bitter, sour, tangy, and hot. Participants have to taste the spices and create their dishes . Only team leaders can participate, others can help in chopping etc . Prem feels nervous about his team not involved fully while Anupama is in dilemma how she will cook without tasting .
One by one the organisers provide the surprise items .. jaggery for sweet, tamarind for sour, bitter gourd for bitter , soy sauce for salty etc etc . They cooking reaches ten mins into final end point but participants are denies salt n sugar . They are provided two white powders in the end .
They keep the salt n sugar for the end and Prem hurriedly tastes the two white powders n uses the salt in all his dishes . Anupama fails to differentiate the taste , she then applies the powder on her cut wound and realises which one is the salt . She hurries with the completion.
Juries ring the bell n ask them to stop n present their dishes . Both have prepared an array of dishes n presented beautifully .
judges ask Prem to explain the dishes n their nutritional values n ayurvedic significance. Prem starts off beautifully but stops after a while n informs the judges that he has limited ayurvedic knowledge. The audience boos Prem. Anupama gets annoyed n lashes out at the audiences . She supports Prem . Prem also thanks Anupama . Judges are impressed.
Anupama then begins explaining her dishes and she impresses everyone with her long educative lecture .
