I don't know they are either doing it deliberately for attention because jab dating Hoti and you are actually in love, you probably avoid it because of the backlash especially the girl ( pratiksha) into the picture. It's not that they are getting married soon that they have to reveal it this early..

PTV ( Pak industry) is more secretive in this regard. Most of the celebs directly Marry and dont reveal dating thing that easily until and unless they want their Nibba nibbi behaviour to get noticed for the attention.
