I have quoted the DT response in the first post of the game thread:

I have no idea what your earlier permission was for . Now please seek fresh permission to conduct the game in that forum. 
Members do need permission of DT for conducting games /contests / any other activity . 


For example … you can check I have mentioned “permission taken”in Imlie Banner Contest #13 thread .

I am coolbie in that Imlie  forum and still I have to follow protocol and take formal permission . So uniform COC applies to everyone.
