I feel he does because the amount of time he realises how good and kind Pari is and its shown in his actions he values her, the amount of time he risk his own life and saves her evn compare her with Neeti. I feel he does realise her worth but too late,the blunder is done

Well if we point one finger on Rajeev than two fingers should be pointed on Pari & Bajwas after knowing the truth they still forgive Neeti & accepted her even Pari wanted RajNeeti to reunite before PariRaj remarriage fiasco & also her friendship intact with Neeti. In this topic i blame Pari & Bajwas too not only Rajeev they knew the truth but they ignored it and accepted Neeti while Pari was another level even after knowing Neeti tried to kill her & baby she still did not stop her Neeti jaap so can't blame Rajeev here furthermore he claims to love her. They gave her another chance till Neeti crossed all her limits that there is no way for reconcilation. Now Rajeev & Bajwas are treating her the way she should be treated after knowing her kaands but still its not enough
Everything has been a convenience to him. He didn’t return Pari’s father’s land to her even after betrayingI give up on this track. I remember during RajNeeti days Rajeev did told his mom to return the land but she ask him not to interfere furthermore he reminded her in taunts whenever she spew venom on Pari. Forget Rajeev even Pari does not ask Gurinder abt her land that she took from her father nor she is asking it back she seem like completely forgotten abt it or she is fine to give that land to Rajeev since she loves him there is no mention of it from her side except for the day she expose Rajeev's bigamy. The only person who actually ask back the property was Pari's mom Gurpreet when she knew Rajeev's bigamy truth & during Ganesh Chatruthi when Gurpreet threaten Gurinder to file a case on for cheating. Oh how i wish this track happens even Taiji has taunt Gurinder many times abt how she cheated Pari's father and snatched away Pari's property
About reconciling with Niti: there is a scene where Niti tells him to choose whereas Pari tells him to stop Niti from leaving. Rajiv tells Pari that he promised to keep her happy, but not to allow her to expose herself to danger.
He stops Niti after Pari asks him, but warns her that Niti staying means stress for everyone in BH and that he is doing it mostly for her. The moment Niti starts her tantrums again, he looks at Pari & tells her that this is why he wasn't stopping Niti; then, he opens the door and tells Niti she's free to go if she wants to.
As for the property track... I gave up, as well. They even make that witch Gurinder a poor pitiful ill person per convenience, otherwise she's always screaming hateful words vs both her DIL.
Chandu had thought abt something re: the matter, but if the house's elders couldn't do a thing, what power does the family's Bengali DIL hold, who's always treated like trash because she isn't Punjabi?
