Khushi was entertaining and her antics were funny. It's true she was gullible, allowing Arnav to manhandle her numerous times . At that time, I was captivated by the OST and the chemistry between the leads. I didn't delve much into the story. While I acknowledge that Arnav's actions were problematic, I believe he redeemed himself towards the end. Khushi also developed a spine to fight for herself but i agree she was a doormat. Arnav today would have been a typical red flag. How strange it is that we were so captivated with the chemistry that we overlooked how problematic the male lead was. I do agree that Arnav definitely redeemed himself however Khushi was too naive and innocent. She should have made him beg for her forgiveness. Thankfully the in-laws were never toxic unlike most itv series. Infact they always sided with Khushi over Arnav baring Mami who would throw snide remarks here and there but she too turned out to be good by the end of it.

Anyway those were different times and this time I hope Abhira isn't turned into a doormat ever

Ik its not allowed here still cant help mentioningI recently saw clip on insta where Arnav with his mami(not sure mami/kaki) at her doorstep and khushi opens the door and she's in mami's attire Arnav's expressions were epic

What if Abhir thinks Akshara never looked out for him? He might even hate Abhira for that matter. He already didn't want her owing to Manjari's manipulation. He might think that Akshara never cared for him and was happy with Abhira. Sibling jealousy wala track aa sakta hai.
