The block feature on IF does not work the way it does on other SM. You would still see their posts, if that's what you mean by its not working. Someone should correct me here if I'm wrong.

No I’ve been blocked enough times to know. You will see what they write and vice versa. But they can’t quote you. I think that’s the extent of this feature smiley36

Also the block feature doesn't work if the person you are trying to block....has already blocked you... smiley36
