In real life, people with ACTUAL qualifications and a solid job offer sometimes struggle to get the visa. Iss anpadh, gawaar, non-classy, good for nothing, no sense of responsibility and badhe badhe deenge maarne waali ko Visa kaise mila?? ICE ne deport nahin kiya???

Yep, now if US visa is given, it's given for 10 years. So she will already have it.
