The narrative picks up with Jhanak's Mama and Shrishti discovering the aftermath of an altercation involving Jhanak. Reacting to the situation, Mama scolds Jhanak, and Shrishti, learning about Jhanak's identity as Urvashi's daughter, taunts her. Despite Vinayak's attempt to mediate and suggest leaving the scene, Shrishti persists in insulting Jhanak. In an attempt to uplift Jhanak's spirits, Rahul suggests filling out a festival form. However, Jhanak is sceptical about being allowed to participate. Meanwhile, a moment of panic ensues as Appu falls into the river. She is rescued, and Anirudh reassures her about the promised gift.

At the festival venue, Jhanak and Rahul face resistance when attempting to fill out a form due to the requirement of mentioning her father's name. The festival committee discourages her from participating, resulting in disappointment.
