Why are the episodes so short?

Why's the episode sooo short nowadays???? The duration for the episodes are now 16 minutes. Which is very very less.

Maybe because one can do only so much in the kitchen, especially when rasm couldn't be done because the husband was absent

Vaise bhi they couldn't even show Vandana family missing her, because father ko chhodke sab trash h ( aatya is OK ig)

True. I was also wondering about that. Didn’t they have to stick to a minimum time of telecast ? Out of the 16 mins, I only watch 1-2 mins these days .
