I reckon its fake though, TC has put up a lot of fake headlines in the past and I don't know what extension a character can really get when the next generation is supposed to start by around a months time and when the actor himself doesn't want to be in the show.

I think the characters who are similar are manjeri,and akshara..they are both obsessed mothers who’ll do anything for their sons happiness including taking away others happiness.well manjeri we know everything she’s done..trying to break up aksharas marriage with abhinav and now she’ll want akshara to abort abhinavs baby. She’s a disgusting selfish woman. And I hope her filthy character ends this gen 3. As for akshara.. when her calls got rejected by abhimanyu ..she decided to, make abhinav abhirs father..and she didn’t care that he could be wasting his life with her..should she and abhimanyu have reunited..poor abhinav would have been left with nothing. Luckily he was such a great guy that she fell in love with him and rejected manyu for him,.now with abhimanyu she’s making him both kids father..but in her heart She still considers Abhinav as both kids fathers.,we saw her dialogue yesterday with Abhinavs photo.. so she’s basically going to use abhimanyu to do father duties as abhinav is dead. This has come up in her expressions..when abhinav was with abhir ..she’d have a glowing happy wide smile but when she sees abhir with abhimanyu..she’ll give a bare minimum smile, that kind of says ..I’ll have to do with him as my true love and father of my kids is dead. And what is abhimanyu getting from this marriage..he’s not getting her love,.everyone knows she loves Abhinav ..and it’s worse being with somebody that you love ..but who,loves someone else .‘than not being with that person at all. And he’ll never truly be their real father ..as akshara wants to raise the baby like abhinav.. So I think akshara has similar traits to manjeri.. she just hasn’t got so bad yet as she’s still young..and she’s had love and happiness in her life when abhinav was alive ..but manjeri has had a bad abusive marriage so she’s been unhappy most of her life.. but yeah I think akshara and manjeri,do have similarities..whereas muskaan doesn’t.,muskaan is just blinded by grief so she’s lashing out..Originally posted by: shahsb_26

One thing is that makers are trying to place both Manjiri and Muskaan in same bucket by making both of them possessive ones... . But from my POV, they are failing big big time because Muskaan does not have that authority or power lile Manjiri has over Abhimanyu.
Had Muskaan walked out, she would have still been questioned on her patience and what not. Arrey people are already questioning on her as to why is she so focused AkshNav baby rather than her own marriage and all...
Wasn't she ready anyway right after Abhinav's death? It wasn't till she spoke to her Amma that her possessiveness for Abhinav's gift of this dumb family had been shown increased. Kairav isn't even a trophy otherwise... Kairav lives by his own ways... If he hates Abhimanyu, he is right but Muskaan shouldn't... Waah!
And half of the things I agree is a reaction of a sister rather than wife of Kairav or Goenka ka furniture.
