Everyone mourns and moves on at their own pace

Abhimanyu might not be an ideal choice. But it's still not any of Muskaan's business. It is Akshara's life and only she gets to make decision

Ok. Let's see, who forced Akshara to get married? It was her choice and just like MG, Mimi, etc were proposing this dumb shaadi... So was Muskaan opposing it.

As Jane said, Muskaan was forced to attend functions (all decked up), in name of God's wish. It's all about point of views so far...

Muskaan was just trying to run away because she was offended that family was replacing Abhinav.

I don't care what makers want people to think. I have my own thought process. Yes, I do think Muskaan's recent behavior is a lot like Manjari

Also, If Muskaan had the guts to sl*t-shame Akshara time and again, to pour water in fire and destroy she should also have the guts to pack a bag and walk out of the house. No matter what anyone says

My opinion:

If HC and PR, both are retained for Gen 4, I think it will be reincarnation story instead of Gen 4. I think this will be unsuccessful as I find both the actors to be sub par and AbhiRa were overall unsuccessful as seen by TRP and the shutdown notice (as mentioned by the producer).

If only PR is retained, then she will play legacy FL. To my mind, Surbhi Jyoti comes as someone who successfully carried off playing her own daughter, grand daughter. Madhubala failed to recreate it with Drashti Dhami playing her own daughter. Can go either way, I suppose, though I am more inclined towards it being unsuccessful as Akshara 2 couldn't make a mark after the initial buzz till Abhinav came in (&again after he exited, back to square 1).

If the same strategy is repeated of casting an experienced actor like HC with a greenhorn actor like PR, I think it will be unsuccessful again as TRP audiences connect most with the FL.

I think the best shot is to get actors, experienced or not, who can act convincingly and be comfortable with any kind of dramatic story track.

Take a decision and stick to it

Muskaan should not get a say in marriage decisions. It's not her decision to make.

But yes walking out is her decision and she should have done it. No matter what anybody said,

Should she have walked away, ending her marriage over this. That's exactly what Kairav threatened her with. Although I would have preferred she did just that, don't think it was that easy. All she asked was basic decency. Let her mourn her brother. Also respect her dead brother a bit. What's with celebrating a wedding, that is supposedly happening for Abhir, with such grand functions. Nobody in that house respected her pain. Now she's giving it back when she has a chance.

This whole matter has gone off tangent. My point was:

1) Muskaan has not discriminated between Abhir and the baby. She has always loved Abhir as her own. Don't think she'll change now.

2) Muskaan has not done anything to club her with the likes of Manjari Birla. Her words might be wrong, but she's not selfish, pathetic and vile like Manjari.

My simple point was that I did not like what Msukaan said. "Mere bhaiji ka pana phoon, Mera bhatija" sounded a lot like Manjari s "Mera haq, Mera khoon" jaap

But we can agree to disagree

I feel they will not retain HC & PR. Those two got more than enough chances to connect with audience, which they failed to. RS should go gen 2 way. Get somewhat unknown faces, develop a good story and take things slowly. Hanging on to the whole AbhiRa angle is not going to do them any good. Gen 4 is a chance to completely break away from the disastrous gen 3 and start afresh.

Kavya - Last week, I found the pacing slow as compared to the first week. The second week had a lot of new character intros as Kavya moves into the IAS academy. Maybe, that is what pulled down the pacing.

Kavya is good, I am really liking her character. Strong, not needlessly mahaan. She gets frustrated, angry and removes it on the wrong people too.

Adhiraj is interesting too. I found him better in the second week when he had more ss. Still not liking AdYa.

Shubh is definitely sounding repetitive, I expected more layers like the first week. As much as I like Anuj S.'s portrayal of Shubh, no normal girl would ever chose him with the amount of belittling he does and the pure selfishness he possesses.

Kavya's Guru (Vinay Jain, can't remember his character name, I have such a problem with names 😅) and Giriraj are amazing and Sumbul needs to up her acting a little more to make the confrontations between them impactful.

On thing I didn't like was that IAS was Kavya's Dad's dreams and Adhiraj's Mom's dream. smiley24Why does ITV still consider it selfish to have dreams of your own and pursue them? Can't Kavya reject Shubh for her own dream or does that make her not 'family oriented'?

One thing that I really liked was the comparison between Shubh and Adhiraj.

I like seeing the attention paid to families of all 3 - Kavya, Adhiraj and Shubh. I also like how Kavya stands strongly against judging people on the basis of stereotypes.

Will continue watching this week as well.

See Jane,

One thing is that makers are trying to place both Manjiri and Muskaan in same bucket by making both of them possessive ones... . But from my POV, they are failing big big time because Muskaan does not have that authority or power lile Manjiri has over Abhimanyu.

Had Muskaan walked out, she would have still been questioned on her patience and what not. Arrey people are already questioning on her as to why is she so focused AkshNav baby rather than her own marriage and all...

Wasn't she ready anyway right after Abhinav's death? It wasn't till she spoke to her Amma that her possessiveness for Abhinav's gift of this dumb family had been shown increased. Kairav isn't even a trophy otherwise... Kairav lives by his own ways... If he hates Abhimanyu, he is right but Muskaan shouldn't... Waah!

And half of the things I agree is a reaction of a sister rather than wife of Kairav or Goenka ka furniture.

Exactly this. She is thinking as a sister who just lost her brother. She became Kairav's wife and Goenka bahu now. But she has been Abhinav's sister for years. She loved and respected her brother dearly. And to see her brother used and forgotten might have hurt her hard. Whatever she has said and done is a reaction of the pain she had to go through recently. She was basically turned into a nobody by Kairav and Goenkas, who has no say, no right over anything. But AkshNav baby belongs to her as much as it belongs to Goenkas. Finally she has someone who she can claim as her own. So it was only natural for her to react that way. I would cut the girl some slack after all the drama she has been subjected to.
