The chawl people are trying to stop them from demolishing their chawl… In the mean time, kkusum's brother shows up with the court stay orders… The chawl people are very happy… The doctor tells Karan that Kkusum is better and he can take her home… The doctor says that before that, they have to do some tests because fainting suddenly might be due to some disorder... He says that these are his doubts and he can't say anything without looking at the reports… Karan asks the doctor to give the reports only to him…
Ayee and Shishant are beside Kkusum… Karan comes there and tells them that the doctor said that she fainted due to weakness and there is nothing to worry about… He tells them that doctor will perform some tests and then let her go… Ayee looks worried but Karan tells her that until the doctors get some tests done, they are not really called doctors… Ayee thanks karan… Kkusum gets up and asks Karan how the chawl was… he tells her that it is fine but KKusum thinks he is lying… Shishant assures Kkusum that Karan is right and that he got there in time with the court orders… Kkusum looks relieved and asks Karan why he shows up here when he works for Kumud… Karan says that that is his job but this is his duty…
Karan shows up to work… Kumud asks him what has he done. She says that he used to talk big, he can do this, he can do that, but what has he done? Kumud blames him and says that only because of him they couldn't get the land today… She asks him if he has any explanation for this… Karan says that it would have been worse for the company if something would have happened to Kkusum or anyone there… Kumud asks him not to give her excuses… Kumud says that Kkusum Deshmukh had created all that drama to stop them… Karan says that she was not acting, he was the one who took her to the hospital… Kumud asks him sarcastically what the doctor said? Karan thinks about what the doctor told him but he does not say that, instead he says that she is fine now… Karan says she can take away his job… Kumud says that he will stay at this job and do whatever she says without any arguments…
Sameera is very happy that she has got a modeling assignment today… Shishant thinks that it is very good news… Sameera says that she has to go for an outdoor shoot for a week and then she will be a star… they share some light moments here… Ayee comes there and says tht she can do the shooting here but not outdoors… Sameera says that since her papa has given her permission, she doesn't need to convince anyone else… Kkusum says that Ayee is not against her modeling but she doesn't want her to go for outdoor… sameera says that she has told her before that she doesn't want any interference in her life, it's her life and she'll live it her way… Sameera leaves from there… Kkusum comes to Ayee and says that she is a kid… She reminds her that when Jyoti wanted to work, she had refused but Abhay had given her permission to work… Ayee says that today's kids are not like her Kkusum or Jyoti… KKusum says that she has full faith that Sameera would never do anything wrong… Ayee says that she doesn't trust anybody anymore as Kumud has broken all her trust…
Sameera comes to Kumud's office… Kumud asks her if her parents created any hurdle for her… Sameera says that she is not amongst people who live by others rules… sameera says that this assignment is very important for her… Kumud says that she was impressed the very first time she met Sameera… She says that once she is successful everyone will be with her… Sameera request Kumud not to tell anyone… Kumud says if she is scared of anyone… Sameera says that she just wants everything to go smoothly… Kumud says that she has to go outdoors for next week and if she refuses now, then it will not be the company's loss but Sameera's loss… Sameera leaves but Karan sees her there… Karan tells Kumud that once again she is taking the wrong path… He says that just for her personal hatred, she is making Sameera go against her family… Kumud asks him not to interfere in her personal matters… She asks him to come for the meeting on time…
Kumud and Karan are going to the meeting… Kumud asks him for a file… Karan says that he forgot that at home but he'll get it if she drops him here… Kumud asks if he lives in that chawl… Karan nods… Kumud says that they can pick it up on their way… They reach the chawl… Kumud gets out of the car and trips and falls… Karan comes to help her but she asks her not to touch her… She gets up and falls again… This time Karan tries to act as if he is ignoring her… Kumud looks around and says what is he doing and why is he not picking her up… Karan gives her support and she gets up… They look into each others eyes… Suddenly, Karan just picks her up and starts to walk… Kumud starts shouting and asking him to let her go… karan says that she was the one who asks him to pick her up… he tries to act as if he is going to let her go, Kumud scrams again… Kkusum sees this… karan takes her to his house… Kumud is still shouting… Karan asks her to shut up and puts her down on his sofa… he asks her to show him her feet… Kumud again tries to say something but he asks her to be quiet… Karan twists her foot; Kumud shouts but later realizes that it is ok now… kkusum comes there with a balm… Kumud says that the pain that she has given her will not go away with any medicine and now she will give her 100 times more pain than that… Kkusum is shocked…
At the hospital, Karan goes to get the reports… The doctor tells him that Kkusum has serious heart problem… The doctor says that there is severs blockage in her valve and he should make sure that she doesn't get any major shocks… The doctor says that a very few days are left… Karan goes out and thinks how he would tell Kkusum…
At the chawl, people are throwing Karan's things outside… He goes and asks what is going on… The people say that he cannot stay her anymore since he works for people who wanted to throw them out… Kkusum comes there and says that it is not his fault that he works in that company… people say that he is' asteen ka samp'… Kkusum says that from today, he'll live at her house… She asks Karan to come with her… Karan thinks that this lady has given her house, a place to stay, and he has to tell her that she is not going to live long…
Kkusum tells Ayee that Karan is going to live with them from now… Ayee is happy and so is Shishant… Karan says that he wants to tell something to Kkusum… He is about to say when Shishant's younger daughter (Shradha) comes there all excited and says that she won the cooking competition and all the dishes that Kkusum taught her were liked by everybody… She hugs Kkusum… Karan thinks that they are so happy and he shouldn't spoil their happiness… he congratulates Shradha… Kkusum asks Karan what he wanted to say… karan says that it slipped his mind… Ayee asks them to come for dinner… Kkusum says that she is not feeling very good so she'll eat a little late… The episode ends on Karan's worried face…
