My guess is she is already in love with Neil and can't live without him. But at the moment her focus is something else so she is not thinking in that direction. But Neil is like an involuntary habit of her. She could have stayed silent on road but she has to explain to him. And the Poha episode, she didn't care about anything else but only wanted to make sure he eats properly. Yuvika ko Neil ki aadat lag gai hai...
Plus yuvika ke har sawaal ka jawaab Neil ke pass hota hai. If yuvika gone rogue or kisi galat direction me jaati hai to Neil bacha leta hai.

Yep he has really become her habit now...she should realise her feelings for him after regaining consiousness ( best part is no one shipped them or told that they looked good together like they did in shows like Lucifer and B99 , she already has feelings for him , it's organic romance not forced)
