My post count is dropping from past 1 week. Initially it was around 9100+ But then it reduced to 8900 something. I was not much mindful about it so I brushed it off. But again yesterday it was around 9090+ and it again got reduced to 9050 something. Can I please know what's happening?Is it a glitch/is it some kind of new update where old posts are trashed so does the post count?

It is not a glitch but regular maintenance we do where we remove +1 posts.

Posts like where just a smiley was posted or 1-2 words.

The image size is 1 mb on my phone - it says on device 1 mb. When I crop I can see image in circle but it’s still not uploading

Try downloading the image from another source. Eg: if you've directly downloaded from Google, try visiting the direct link and download from there. Or choose a completely different source.

Regarding Polls -

1. Could the Poll-maker be allowed to see results without having to cast a vote themselves?

2. Could the Poll-maker also be allowed to edit the Poll choices?

I agree with #1, but #2 shouldn't be permitted after the first vote is cast.

I have previously asked to receive notifications that "MEMBER voted in your poll" so that I don't have to keep checking whether anyone is interested in the poll.

Ideally, the poll creator would be able to mouse-over the bar for each option and see a list of members who chose that option. It would allow the poll creator to reach out and start conversations.

Too many polls are just votes without discussion.

My post numbers are reduced.. Earlier it was 36 thousand now it is 35 thousand..

Vijar sir why do we have to wait for 1 hr to change dp ? could you please let user change dp whenever they want?
