i think ppl tend to be rly critical about themselves.. half of the time other ppl dont even notice what u did wrong, for instance in a presentation or a speech, in ur case.
u obviously wanna be the best in everything u do n its never good enough.. example.. even if u.. (gracy) did your speech perfectly.. i m sure u'd think something went wrong. its only because we like ourselves so much that we don't wanna look bad...and at the end of the day ppl's opinions do matter because it effects us in some way or the other...
the only way u get over it is by believing in yourself..
