I think she means the wife part. Tillu was always supposed to be bad/negative I think.

But Anusuya in some earlier interview had hinted that Mahavir and she would get back together, so I'm not really sure what they changed in the script

I think Tillu made up as she went along. I don't think anything has changed as most things we knew and it is playing out that way. It is to create suspense I guess, I don't trust a word that comes out the mouth of the actors or politicians

Yes I remember that interview of Anusiya too where she said everything will be back to normal and DT and MA will be back together so I don't really know what has changed, maybe instead of just doing Samrat's bidding Tillu is now an equal partner, perhaps?
