Akshara is no way to be blamed for Neil's Death, maybe Abhimanyu either but atleast based on plot for characters POV, Abhimanyu has murdered Abhinav for which he could be jailed. And he could definitely be jailed unlike Akshara.

AbhiM didn't sent BP jail. BP was being an obstacle when police was arresting Kairav who was on run from a year from police custody.

Here they blamed AbhiM and he is still in Jail bein cooperative. Clear difference. Also, quite confident (ref- yesterday he clearly said sach samne aata hai and Mera sach main jaanta hun)

If Abhimanyu is to be blamed basis on the statement of people around that he took Abhinav to the cliff then Akshara also took Neil with her. Who is to say she didn't know something like that can happen.

Maybe Birlas should also put her in Jail accusing of her being partners with the goons. If she wasn't involved she will be free(Ba-Ijjat Bari) similarly how AbhiM is in jail cause of accusations and as he knows he didn't do anything he have trust that he will be free soon. Also, I till date don't understand on what basis exactly Akshara would have filed a DV case. That my husband has yelled at me as due to my actions his brother died and I miscarried. Also, please note he didn't tell her to leave ya dhalke marke nikala kuch. He signed the papers and stood aside. She signed and left. I don't know why people here in forum think DV case DV case no this doesn't comes under DV case. Moreover, it will fall under the category of misusing your rights as a woman.

Manjari has pushed her, her own sister has started the blame. Similarly, Muskaan has pushed AbhiM, yelled at Shefali, Kairav on Manjari.

So maybe if this can be a base of filing cases jo phele reh gya ab krna chahiye.
