The common point in everyone's post is that logically speaking, Abhi being MMC wouldn't kill someone or even plan to kill him or defame him. Abhi never harmed An, never had Ill intention towards him, in fact saved his life once so Abhi having ill intent towards anyone has never been narrative of the drama. He is impulsive and reacts in anger, a calm and composed Abhi planning/plotting sabotaging An's birthday is not a possibility

Google the definition. If it was a dangerous place it would have been dangerous for Abhi too, but the way he jumped down to help An, it didn't seem like it was a steep, high point
