Simple. Neil may have some kasam sorts due to his father Vidur's past? so feel he WON'T enter Mahajan's main bungalow or their current offices 🤗 till he revenges them or till Vidur works for Mahajan's.

Anyhow if there's ounce of truth that Neil works in Mahajan's rival company for Arora's, then Vidur/Dhanraj won't allow Neil to enter committee hall, as per their protocol.

It might be related to what I said, that she took him away from his family and privileges as a punishment but didn't leave him because of the kids or because she was waiting for the kids to grow up so that she could return to the Mahajan Mansion.

I'm also wondering if Bhoomi didn't like that she wasn't allowed to work or join the family business because she was a woman, and rather than throw tantrums like Subadra she found a smart workaround. Let's see..
