Hoping Arjun knows, meets & uses Karthik or his mobile to buy some time before committee, as Karthik has habit of calling Arjun when he fails to reach Yuvika for long on her mobile.

Since DJ multiple times before committee blamed Karthik as a co-conspirator with Yuvika in her plan to Defame Mahajan's, apart from humiliating her character, DJ's fake story plot should fall REVERSE on his face with same resort pics/clips.
