Do you think anything happened between her and Hrithik at all or it's all her imagination?

I believe it must have been some crush or a fling or ONS or HR was just sweet or kind to her and probably shared his own struggles with speech problems as a kid.

That must have made young Kangana carried away by him. And assume there is more to this relationship or something long term.

She probably got obsessed with him and began sending him long emails and sharing her issues or feelings with him. He probably wanted to ignore her and hoped it will pass but it did not.

That is how it must have escalated.
