Carry On Jatta 3 had a strong hold on Monday dropping only 35% from its Friday despite having record breaking collections. The trend is superb from the Sunday as well with collections down only 60%. The Monday saw collections of around 2.50 crore nett taking its five day total to almost 22 crore nett.

The film is already on its way to becoming the highest grossing Punjabi film by beating the numbers of Carry On Jatta 2 which stand at around 34 crore nett and it remains to be seen how much higher it can go. Obviously the benchmark is 50 crore nett but even with this Monday hold that will not be easy.

The first week business of the film should be around 26-27 crore nett which will put it among the top four Punjabi films in just one week. The first five day collections of Carry On Jatta 3 are as follows

Thursday - 4,50,00,000 apprx

Friday - 3,75,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 5,00,00,000 apprx

Sunday - 6,00,00,000 apprx

Monday - 2,50,00,000 apprx

TOTAL - 21,75,00,000 apprx

I am not, family is not in town so I will probably just watch it when it comes on OTT.

Its budgets is also more than twice that of any other Punjabi film. Three times any Punjabi film if you add in the promotional cost. Sonam looked Chinese and ugly as usual.

No she just doesn’t look Indian is what I have maintained. She is an Indian actress at the end of the day.

anyways as for her being the undisputed queen here is what the reviews say about her. They literally could have placed any glam doll in her place.

she is no more then eye candy. But there could have been better eye candy.
