Amazing comeback for him. Border 2, Ramayana and Aamir's produced film make for a great lineup.

Jaat seems to be a 'hangover' from Gadar 2 and, imo, Kesari 2 is faking history pretending to be based on a book which deals with the historic trial. The person Reginald Dyer is n o t the person Michael O'Dwyer (the real trial was against the latter, the invented film trial is against the former). Although Akshay certainly gave a good performance (and Madhavan also in the movie), I didn't and won't watch the movie because already the promotion was a lie in my eyes relative to what I got to read about the massacre and how it unfolded and what Sankaran Nair tried to do...

Edit: I largely prefer the Vicky Kaushal movie about the subject of the massacre.
